As of 8 PM PST 11/3/22, we are informed the death toll is at 45, several locations are affected and the briefing will come soon, approximately another 24-36 hours. Several organizations on the ground have activated including IOM Philippines. A call to all Filipino-American community leaders will be set soon. Please continue to check back for updates.
